Refund & Return Policy

Returns:

  • All returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • The remote must be returned in the same condition it was received — including all original parts, connectors, chargers, and carrying case.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee:

  • All refunds are subject to a $175 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Inspection & Warranty Activation:

  • No warranty will be issued until the product has been returned and inspected.

  • Once the remote is inspected and approved, the warranty will officially begin.

Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
